SC51P1816 is an 8-bit MCU with LCD driver. It uses SC51 core with built-in 16K-byte OTP and 512-byte RAM. SC51P1816 integrates PLL to generate 4.194MHz main clock from the 32768Hz low frequency clock, which reduces the system cost and avoids the interference of external high frequency oscillator in noise-sensitive applications. So, this IC is particularly suitable for low-noise and low-power applications.
